*The cost of full registration includes the meeting icebreaker event, banquet, daily lunches, coffee breaks and all conference materials.

**The one-day registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks during the day of attendance and conference materials. Social functions are sold separately.

#Members include members in good standing (annual dues paid) of the CGU, CSSS, CSAFM or ES-SSA. CIG-affiliated attendees are expected to obtain membership in CGU – Solid Earth Section.

Registration Cancellation Procedures:
Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to robin@canhostgroup.ca. Refunds will be allowed, based on date of cancellation:

  • cancellation requests by April 27, 2018 – full refund, less $60 administrative fee
  • cancellation requests by June 1, 2018 – refund 50% of registration fees
  • cancellations requested after June 1, 2018 – no refund allowed
